Just tried to complete my after-trip survey and found this

Thank you for providing us with feedback about your Amtrak trips over the past few years. There was tremendous response to the survey which was and will continue to be very useful in helping us provide you with improved service.

While the survey and sweepstakes have now concluded (effective November 16, 2009), please continue to provide feedback about your Amtrak trips by contacting Amtrak's Customer Relations Department at www.amtrak.com and clicking on the "Contact Us" page.

Congrats to winners. I have one more change for a trip I took in November before the contest ended.

I know we have talked about this before, but does anyone know anyone who was contacted about the focus groups mentioned in the survey?

My suggestion would be that they transfer the after travel survey process to be handled through AGR. They could give some de minimus point credit (50-100 AGR points?) for each bona fide completed survey by an AGR member and having a monthly drawing for one AGR point credit for the equivalent of $500 in value to one survey respondent.
