This may be in the wrong place and a dumb question.

I was on Ebay. Saw a listing for HO Surfliner diner and sleeper cars.I dont think there are such things? However I dont know all there is to know about it. So someone set me straight. :help:

I don't believe there ever were any Surfliner sleepers, just coaches and cafes (lounges?). I did track down the ebay listing and traced it back to the manufacturer (MTH). It looks like the ebay poster just got a bit confused, as the model number they list, 30-6509, is listed on the manufacturer's site as a coach/lounge set and looks identical to the listing's picture.

Do you REALLY think the Surfliner would have sleepers?

By the time you board at LAX, it's almost time to get off in SAN!

(OK. that's a small lie - but it is a short trip.)

As stated I did not REALLY think there were surfliner sleepers. Also as stated I did not know all there is to know. However if I keep asking, this site will inform me. Even if there were surfliner sleepers who could sleep. Between counting up points and planing the next AGR trip. :D

Anyway thanks for the info. :hi:
