If you go to the Amtrak website the closest you can find is "feedback" if you want to file a complaint. I did so and got no response. What can I do? In a now closed thread, someone cited this address, Is it still valid?

This is all good information for the train traveler; hopefully, someone who needs it will have read it before embarking on a a rail journey. In this regard, trains and sizes, etc. I wrote AMTRAK an nice letter some time ago to the address I got from Google but, a few weeks later it was returned to me with the yellow tape stating, "Address not current" ~~~ So, does anyone on here know the proper address for Amtrak Headquarters? New York, Chicago, Des Moines, New Orleans, Miami? Thanks.

I think it's likely that you were talking to a new hire who was just reading what Amtrak gave them and never knew that Viewliner Roomettes had a toilet.
Joelkfla, Do you know the proper address for Amtrak Headquarters? I want to mail a letter to them, did so in the past and it was returned to me "Addressee Unknown." (Used Google for that address) but, obviously it was not correct. Thanks.

If that's not current, more research is in order.
