Customer relations is kind of a nasty cycle nowadays. It's easy for both sides to come in expecting the worse and it just breeds hostility from there. Companies bending over backwards to "satisfy" customers who are clearly out of line has created monsters - akin to giving in and buying the toy...

Ahh, you are correct. I was thinking on that and for some reason I was hearing it in my head as "this is your engineer speaking." But yeah engineers are usually too busy for that.

These are cool! Looks like some are more relaxed (curtains) while others retain more privacy. The curtains could be nice for coach class and the doors for rooms. Fascinating designs there.

They would definitely need to serve it in a non-traditional manner - probably like the lidded cups for coffee. Or you just have to sip it down enough to allow some "wiggle" room for walking about 😅

Praise should be given when due - food on SWC with trad dining recently was generally quite good. I didn't order it as mushrooms are about the 1 vegetable I just really don't care for, but I did try the roasted chicken breast with mushroom sauce and it was good (not too mushroomy either)...
