PDF's can easily be created from Excel spreadsheets. When Amtrak needs to make a minor schedule adjustment to a single train or pair of trains, it could effect multiple timetable pages. IE changing the times of the Palmetto could affect the NEC, Virginia and Silver Service PDF pages. Couldn't...
