The star (both directions) seems to be marked as sold out between NYP and WAS every day in the fall months. From WAS to MIA accommodations are available, though.

Yes, they can be combined. The voucher is considered a payment method, not a coupon.
(Thus the ‘cannot be combined with another coupon’ rule does not apply here).
Looks like there have also been recent fare bucket price increases on the Silver Star/Meteor and Lakeshore Limited (and possibly other routes as well, but I haven't checked). Might want to update those before you publish the next chart.

Yep, fares range between $500-900 on the starlight. However due to the low capacity in the sleepers, good luck getting a low bucket except for in the off season.
