Looks like it has been nearly a year now since this issue occurred. Did it ever get resolved?? I still maintain that a vibrant city as ATL should have better station operations overall. I guess with only one SB and one NB departure daily, there is no real drive to improve or move as perhaps did JAX and RVR. It is about 10 miles farther for me to drive to ATN rather than ATL. I have been doing this for the past 22 years.

It was resolved, I believe.

I was on the Crescent this weekend, and while in Atlanta there were people asking where to pick up their checked bags, with the staff directing them to the station.
