Forgot ticket number, made typo on email

Sorry if I break any rules, this is my first post. Essentially I planned on going from Massachusetts to Delaware in a couple weeks so I bought a ticket and then waited a couple days to get my email which never came. I tried to figure out what was wrong using the website, but everything required that I had the ticket number except for calling them, but the line is always busy, so I’ve had no luck with that. Does anyone know how I could retrieve my ticket number or am I stuck?
 
Are you an Amtrak Guest Rewards member? If so, call their number, which I think is 888-707-6600. Hopefully, the wait is shorter than when calling the Amtrak main number. I would continue to try calling and request to speak to an "agent" rather than dealing with automated "Julie." Good luck.
 
The way I create a reality by filling the empty dots the titel of this thread leaves, OP mistyped his e-mail adress while booking his ticked and his ticket is looking for his master in the digital emptyness.

But the other suggestions made in this thread (check payment, call, give name to conductor) are valid too in my reality.
