I am aware that the return of the sleepers to 65/66/67 was relatively short lived with the temporary discontinuance of the entire train. Now the train in returned without a sleeper. I am curious. Is there anyone on this forum in the know officially or unofficially regarding the relative success of that sleeper operations, i.e., capacities, etc. I guess one could argue that since the sleeper was not returned after the temporary discontinuance that it may NOT have been successful. Even if it had operated at 100% full every day it ran, I doubt that the powers that be at Amtrak would have even considered that. When I lived in the area, I was a big fan of the sleepers on the Night Owl and Twilight Shoreliner. My curiosity is simply how full did it run during its recent short existence?
