Yes... but poor San Antonio just can't seem to get any kind of rail transit in place... and they just keep on a-building more and more freeways which as you mentioned above... are full of traffic...

With Union Station right across the street from the Capitol one would expect security to be extremely tight!

Nice reminder of something we all should be doing... it is Amtrak's responsibility to listen to passengers so that they can provide a service that is acceptable to the traveling public. And it is the responsibility of Amtrak management to listen and react accordingly...

All this was of course pre covid. Hampton serves bagged meals that are pretty substantial and include protein. And they are wrapped with a cheery smile... but meh... covid steals the show everywhere!

Hmmm... when comparing Hampton Inn breakfast [pre covid] with Amtrak Flex [Eastern routes pre covid], this is what you get...

Disturbing that these customer service agents are so incompetent. There seems to be a really big problem here although the ones I have talked to have been understanding and on top of everything. Wrong information given so many times is very disturbing and causes me to wonder about the...

Like Amtrak... there are issues with management... and Greyhound seems to be no exception. It seems that their fleet, stations, and attitudes have deteriorated in the past few years. This COVID thing has them really hurting. Sad. :rolleyes:
