Amtrak waiving change fees extended to February 2023
According to Amtrak - How to Change Your Reservation the waiving of change fees has now been extended until February 28, 2023 (until recently it was valid for reservations until October 31, 2022). I really hope this will stay, even if instead of making it a general policy they keep extending it...- Arctifox
