I've been trying to use the listed Amrak phone number (800-872-7245) in an attempt to talk with a human. I cannot even get put on hold as the call to this number always results in a busy signal.
Is this to be expected?

I've been looking high and low (probably in all the wrong places) and can't seem to fine LSL #449 (or #448 for that matter). Is this what occurs when the service is temporarily discontinued and the passengers are put on buses?
