I love the plush engine, more engines, and more cars! Small things that you can get in the cafe cars: magnets, keychains, etc for whichever train you're on.

15 minutes if you get a good driver. 20 minutes if it's their first day and get on the highway. Downtown is completely dead at that time so you won't have any traffic.

God, I hope so. Most of the state doesn't even realize there's a passenger train that runs in the country, let alone through the state. When there's more than myself and some Amish getting on in Cleveland I'm always shocked! Waiting for enough people to be loud enough to convince the state...

Usually when I get on the LSL or Capitol in Cleveland, I'm the only one getting on sleeper and they just ask my name. I can't remember the last time I had my ticket scanned here. I assume they know the name of the one crazy person getting on at 4AM.

I've definitely seen people get kicked off at more inconvenient places than at an actual station so I wouldn't be surprised.

16 cars, the news said. It could have been terrible since there are houses close to the tracks in that area. They also said that the tracks should be opened again by morning so hopefully not too much disruption.

Probably not, sadly. Then they would have to acknowledge the problem. I called and the first woman said that nothing could be done because it already happened. I called back and they said they would send a voucher $100. It's been a week, and nothing is in my account. I'm calling again...

So much of this and other stories like this could be easily prevented if there was an actual supervisor on board! All they really need is to have one senior/more experienced staff member that is promoted to supervisor on each train. You don't need ANOTHER person, but one more qualified person...

I'm looking at my reservation for January on the 21 and 22 and I'm in 31 on both of them and have been since I made the reservation in July. Should I call them? I'm kinda freaking out now.
