If ever there was a popularity poll for favorite SCA's, I would definitely recommend Rion on the City of New Orleans.

He seems to have a passion for the job. It would be nice if everybody did. In fact, he probably does not consider it a job.

Certainly not me. I love my job and take pride in attempting to do the best that I can, even amongst the worst circumstances...but Amtrak has people in their social media team that scour the internet for pages about the company, whether positive or negative, and can/will report their findings to their managers. This guy obviously loves his job, but I see two violations he has in many photos (nevermind using his phone while on duty), and even though it's very clear he means well and goes above and beyond for his passengers, he could still get in a boat load of trouble if the right (or perhaps wrong) person sees his photos.
