Acela 2158 not breaking 105

Any ideas why Acela 2158 is so slow today (6/29)? The train didn’t once go faster than 105mph even in RI. Caused a 30 min delay overall.

Scrolling through Amtrak Northeast Twitter, I know this is not part of the Acela route but could be similar. I'll keep looking
