I got an email today from an identity monitoring service that I have due to a previous job that several pieces of my personal identity were found in a cyberscan to be compromised and the site where it was compromised is Bank of America and the Amtrak credit card that I had prior to last October through it. I didn't know if Bank of America had gotten rid of our on-line accounts or not when the credit card switch occurred, so I tried to log into my account using my last user id and password with the idea of changing my password, but it said "The information you entered doesn't match our records." I don't know if this is because they got rid of our on-line accounts or if the compromiser went in and changed my password to something else so that they could use my personal information to get a credit card or whatever. I doubt it because I never got an email or text indicating that my password had been changed. Has anyone else who now has the FNBO card and not the BOA card tried to log in to their BOA account?
