Amtrak Equipment Display for UIC HSR

There was an Amtrak equipment display in Philadelphia similar to that during National Train Day.

Tuesday night for conference attendees and the past two days open to the public. I stopped by today after being too late yesterday.

Here were the consists...

Track 2

655- Amtrak HHP-8

9800-Metroliner used for charters such as sports teams

10031-Great Dome "Ocean View"

8400-Viewliner diner prototype

62045-Viewliner sleeper

48154-Reginal Cafe/Business Class with 2-1 seating

10002-Track Geometry Car "Corridor Clipper" <--- also was in PHI for NTD on May 12

10021-Former crew dorm "Pacific Cape"

10001-Beech Grove-Amfleet office car

Track 1

4512- NJT ALP-45D dual-mode locomotive

7676- NJT bi-level passenger car

4641- NJT ALP-46A electric locomotive <--same as NTD May 12

864 - SEPTA Silverliner V (Hyundai-Rotem)

863 - SEPTA Silverliner V (Hyundai-Rotem, operates as "married pair")

On Tuesday night (conference attendees) there were also an Acela set and the 40th Anniversary display. I figure the Acela set was needed for Acela service during the day.
