Another NJT train derailed at NY Penn Station days before repairs are to begin. Not looking good for Amtrak.

Alternatively, their decision to restrict train traffic to make obviously needed repairs looks pretty good.

Not looking good fore NJT complaining about it, perhaps. Wonder how many of their trains would have to end up on the ground before they agree that repairs are necessary.

Blocking all of 11 Track and some of the ladder.

Hopefully cleared by noon tomorrow. Need to get NJT on the NEC to Penn to catch the LSL. Ive been looking at alternatives for the last half hour.

Don't worry about it. Trains are coming in from NJ already, albeit with currently limited service.
