I just saw that Amtrak President Joseph Boardman will be on C-SPAN Washington Journal at 9:15, Friday June 17.

Sorry for the late notice, but I just happened to see it on the screen.

That show is so much better than the big network "info-tainment" programs.

Of course, whoever asked that question misunderstood the idea. Freight trains get around 500 ton-miles per gallon. One wouldn't measure passenger efficiency in freight terms.
