Are their specific seating times in the dining car if you have a sleeper? If so does anyone know what the choices are? Do they change with the seasons or stay the same all year?

I understand some of the stops along the way are longer than others? Some you can get out at for a few minutes some you can't?
Does anyone know the approximate stop times for any of the following?

Fraser-Winter Park
Granby
Glenwood Springs
Grand Junction‬
Green River
Helper
Provo
Salt Lake City
Elko
Winnemucca
Reno
Truckee
Colfax
Roseville
Sacramento

Meal times listed here. May vary depending on the crew and the train's status.
They usually take reservations for lunch and dinner.

Thanks for the time table that is helpful.

It appears they only make stops with listed departure times at a few places and all the rest have no arrival departure time, are those just really fast 1-2 minutes to allow people on and off and they are on their way again?

Right, that is the same schedule from above.

As you can see Green River UT for example, arrive 5:58, depart 5:58, that is zero stop over time. I take it they just pull in, somebody gets off and somebody gets on and they take off again?

Yep. Many of your stops will be like that. The ones that show actual time stopped are usually where there is a crew change And/or a refuel stop. While they are doing that, passengers can get off for fresh air, to smoke, or just to stretch the legs. You don’t usually have time to venture far.
