Companion coupon usage issue

Anyone keep getting "Something wrong with our system, please try again later" error whenever you try to book using the companion coupon? I double checked, the date not in blackout, the coupon is valid, simple route CHI -> MSP. Both credit card and evoucher purchase also failed.

If I remove the coupon, the purchase ran through without a problem.

Hmm, I'd call them at 800-872-7245 or Guest Rewards (8am-8pm EST M-F) at 800-307-5000.
