Europe TEN-T network to include Ukraine

Alon Levy's blog includes a discussion of European plans to include Ukraine in high-speed and higher-speed rail networks of the future. This would help in guiding post-war reconstruction.

Actually mass conversion of gauge over something like 10 years is quite doable. India converted its entire Meter Gauge network to Broad Gauge in about 10-15 years.

Anyhow, this is indeed good news.
