I can't help you with the slumber coaches, but you can check here for the Heritage sleeper. Note that this is the rebuilt version that included a shower and a handicapped room, so it was no longer a true 10-6 sleeper. However, hopefully the detail is good enough for you to get the idea of what a true 10-6 looked like.
