Just an Intro.
I recently booked my 2nd train trip - OSC (Osceola, IA) to EUG (Eugene, OR).
In 2010 I rode the CZ - OSC to GJT (Grand Junction, CO). So I'm not a newbie, but am still a neophyte train traveler.
Thankfully, I have no need to rush so I can avoid being herded (Moo!) through an airport so I can then be stuffed into an airplane like a sardine in a tightly packed can.
I've been reading the forums here and joined so I can solicit advice.
