how do i post a photo into a thread

Where is the picture? On a website somewhere? On your computer?
If it's on your computer, go to imagur.com and upload it. Then just copy the "BBCode (message boards & forums)" and post it here.
If it's already on the web, right click on it and select "Copy Image Address" (or something like that) and then post that here with:
[ IMG ] paste address here [ /IMG ]
(remove the spaces between the square brackets and the "IMG".

my photo is on photobucket it wont post help

On the page with the picture there's a box over on the right. Copy the stuff in the IMG box:

it still wont let me post going on 2 hours trying to post ryan help
Use the switch at the top left of the reply box toolbar and turn off the tools. Then paste the url you copied from Photobucket. That's what I had to do a little while ago to post a couple of pics.
