Wrinn was second only to David P Morgan as the best editor of Trains since its founding in 1940. He managed to keep Trains magazine, a leader in industry news, relevant in this digital age. In addition he promoted rail themed tours and was very active with railroad museums, particularly the North Carolina Transportation Museum. He organized the Streamliners in Spencer and Steam Heritage events there and obtained the help of the NS and active involvement of CEO Wick Moorman. Wrinn is far left in the photo and Moorman 3 from right. He will be missed.
