On chat tonight Penny was in Washington awaiting PV to be put on the rear of the Silver Meteor and for the part I was on half was without power. When I logged off she was getting through ALX. She said she had 3? layers on in her compartment. I'm sure she looks forward to arriving in Florida tomorrow.

Yeah, the 18 degrees and single digit windchill when I left the house got my attention in a hurry. But, it looks like it'll being snow by the end of the week, so yay!!!

We had 3-6 inches of snow overnight in RI - ON THE COASTLINE! And Wednesday and Thursday the HIGH temps will be below 20! And more snow expected for Friday. :unsure:

It was in the 50's this morning when I left home, which is cool for here (but no hat, gloves or coat for me). I am very happy not to be in New England or the Northeast right now. My Orlando friends were very jealous that I got to see very pretty snow and throw a few snow balls, without having to deal with the downside (and ugly side) of snow.
