Had a ticket from Yonkers (NY) to Washington DC. I missed the Yonkers train because one minute before it came the track changed. The new track took more than a minute to get to because I had to go under the station and such.
This was an AGR redemption. Do I have any recourse for a refund? Whom should I write to or should I call?
