Someone suggested that the OP pick up food at the nearby Walmart grocery store. I don't support that suggestion (nor would most Chicagoans, who managed to keep Walmart out of the city for years, and managed to limit their number of locations to 1 for roughly a decade).
Anyway, there's a lot of food in the area that's better.
