I'm not talking about trains that have an interesting service name. Ones that have a name all their own.
I can think of a few - a LIRR, and a few Septa trains as follows:
LIRR:
Hamptons Cannonball: NYP-Hamptons express with onboard bar cart service and reserved attended seating.
SEPTA:
North Penn Limited: #4711 & 6576, R5 Express Philadelphia/Doylestown departing at 6:41/17:46
Schuykill Flyer: #4301, R6 Express to Norristown. It leaves 6:54AM. No train is specified to be its counterpart, nor is any train in the opposite direction run at it's level of express.
Neshaminy Limited: #6321 & 6378, R3 Express Philadelphia/West Trenton departing at 6:56/17:09
Pennypack Limited: #6325 & 6374, R3 Express Philadelphia/West Trenton departing at 7:26/16:42
Last year, there were also:
Great Valley Flyer: #5526 & 5561, R5 Express Temple University/Thorndale departing at 6:55/4:57
