Comment submitted. This is the rulemaking which is going to require that Amtrak have at least two wheelchair spaces per train car, and more which can be readily converted on demand.

(Which is why their public relations disaster with the group of people in wheelchairs traveling to the disability conference was especially astonishingly stupid -- Amtrak knew this regulation was coming, which would have specifically required them to do what the conference attendees asked, and yet Amtark decided to stonewall the conference attendees and demand unreasonable amounts of money from them *anyway*, before eventually backing down. Seriously.)
