Palmetto time change is permanent

I don't know if anyone noticed, but the Palmetto (NB #90) has adapted the revised schedule with the 1500 departure from Miami. I guess they decided that the slot was better for crews and passengers (as Tampa isn't as late now, and stops on the NEC are earlier in the day.

Due to planned work to improve track conditions through South Carolina, Amtrak’s Palmetto service will be operating on a revised schedule.  This change is temporary and will be in effect from January 15 through at least April 27, 2003.  The timetables listed below do not reflect these temporary schedules.

I don't know, maybe they only need to do it when the Palmetto runs and not the Silver Meteor.
