Phase IVb makes an early apperance

I was watching some video tonight that I shot back in August of 2002. I noticed something that I hadn't seen before, Amfleet II Coach 25095 had a red safety stripe along the bottom of this. Well it was a hint of things to come that's for sure.

No, it was a regular Phase IV car with the red safety stripe, thus making it IVb.
