Probably just the Northern Ontario (White River) RDC, if anything. Presumably the dispute will be settled by legislation to avoid serious economic impact, so may happen entirely between scheduled runs of the train which I believe is still weekly.

Just curious…why just that route? Are the other Via Rail route on CN tracks not subject to the problem at the moment?

Did the Canadian courts prevent the union from striking? If so how can CP now lock them out?
