We had a great turn out last spring and had members asking for more! So, we have been hard at work putting this together and are now happy to OFFICIALLY announce the details for our Pride Ride 2024 Private Car Edition! *SIGN UPS OPEN*
Route: New York City – New Orleans – Los Angeles – Chicago – New York City
Dates:
Cars: Blue Ridge Club, Pacific Home, and Pacific Island
The trip will be booked as one-way travel from New York City – Los Angeles or Los Angeles – New York City. Anyone interested in the entire roundtrip, please reach out to us for details.
Itinerary is as follows:
Pricing (per person/one way NYP-NOL-LAX or LAX-CHI-NYP): $4,700 with ACH direct debit or $4,800 paid by credit card for one-way trip in either direction. We will be using Square as our payment system this year, once officially signed up you will receive a link to provide payment. Payment system will be live within a month. Please email in to reserve your spot in the meantime!
Optional add-ons available for a hotel in Chicago and trip insurance. We cannot accept cancellations once payment is made and confirmed (unless in the event the full trip is cancelled). We HIGHLY recommend trip insurance. You can purchase both the hotel and trip insurance on your own, but we are offering both as a convenience. Details to follow.

Current Amtrak pricing for same route:
NYP -> NOL -> LAX: $2752 for one or $3196 for two travelers in a bedroom (not including 2 night stay in NOL).
LAX -> CHI -> NYP: $3130 for one or $3506 for two travelers in a bedroom. (not including 1 night stay in CHI).
These prices will go up over time, ours are set.
All payments will be handled via square through Here, There, and
Everywhere Tailored Journeys, Howard Solomon’s travel company.

- May 16th Arrival in New Orleans. (Cars will be our hotel)
- May 17th Free day in New Orleans (Cars will be our hotel in the station)
- May 18th Departure from New Orleans attached to the Sunset Limited.
- May 19th Enroute across Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona
- May 20th Arrival in Los Angeles (End of Segment Option 1)
- May 21st Layover Day for cars and crew in Los Angeles (no car occupancy).
- May 22nd Departure from Los Angeles attached to the Southwest Chief (Beginning of Segment 2)
- May 23rd Enroute across Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Kansas
- May 24th Arrival in Chicago
- May 25th Departure from Chicago attached to the Cardinal
- May 26th Arrival back in New York City.
