FWIW, since the fare increases of Fall 2019, only the single high bucket Family Bedroom fare of $1613 was ever seen offered for both directions of travel on the CZ for the entire 11 month period. Then, about a week ago, a fare of $1002 was noticed. And just once (on 7 Mar 2020) during the 11 month period. Thinking it was a fluke in Arrow, little was thought of it until today when it was still seen offered and offered only for the ride from CHI to EMY.
Anybody who's been turned away from a Family Bedroom trip on the CZ by the constant high bucket fare can save $611 if you can leave CHI four days from now. I estimate this $1002 fare to be next-to-the-lowest bucket.
[Edit] FWIW², AmSnag checks this morning confirmed the only exception to the $1612 fare during the next 11 months was that same single offer of $1002 on 7 Mar 2020. <yawn>
