To save money and put resources where they need to go I would go for a Zoom meeting and let all attend for free who want to.
If there’s an advantage to having an in person meeting Chicago is by far and away the easiest for me and probably most Midwesters to get to. Maybe Kansas City, but honestly a good email or newsletter talking about activities advocates are taking “for flyover states” would suffice.
Time is of the essence, newsletters inviting grass routes support with email addresses, contacts and a game plan would be a better investment for all involved in my opinion.
