Should I be concerned about my trip (CZ in June)?

My sister and myself are booked on the California Zephyr for friday June 3. We are taking it to Sacramento where we will be getting a rental car from the airport and then traveling around california and heading up the Oregon coast. I know that through May the train is only operating 5 days a week with what appears to be no Sunday or Monday service. This is suposedly through end of May. I am wondering am I safe sticking with this friday leave date?

The Zephyr does not run on Sunday and Monday currently. You should have no problems any other day of the week
