signal problems today?

My H is stuck on the 2250, south of NHV, apparently they are having signal problems with metro north. What is their deal? Are they still doing weekend track work?

At least he is in the FC car and drinking dogfish head.

Oh yeah, he is going to be about two hours late and he is fine. He is drinking beer. He said that some jerks behind him yelled at the conductor though about the delay. Because clearly the conductor is responsible for signalling on metro north.
