Metrolink/SCRRA contracting with Beech Grove for heavy maintenance? Cars sold and being moved?
Have to say if they're headed to Beech Grove, why is Amtrak taking on contract maintenance work when they don't have sufficient staff to bring their own fleet out of mothballs?

Are these the ones that were sitting outside LAUS? Saw them every time coming in from San Diego.
If the end vestibules and doors line up (and the color schemes were matched) I could see those in Amtrak corridor service with the commuter seating at a reduced fare. Only slightly-serious suggestion.

Yep, the first few are already done and they look great. Metrolink can FINALLY have a matching consist.Headed to/from Milwaukee.
