I need to put a friend on the train from ST. Petersburg Fl to Tampa forida. Is this a bus connection and where can I find decent schedules for all of Amtrak trains. Thank you

St. Petersburg to Tampa is a Thruway bus connection. The bus connecting to 92 (northbound) leaves at 3pm arriving Tampa at 3:45pm to connect with 92 departing Tampa at 5:20pm.

AFAICT there is no bus connection from St. Petersburg to 91 (southbound) at Tampa. There is a Thruway connection from 91 to St. Petersburg transferring at Tampa
