But Arrow hasn't been updated to reflect this yet.
Update: looks like they’re starting to update their ticketing system to reflect the new timetables. I’m probably expecting to get another phone call from Amtrak sometime later today or tomorrow, claiming that they want to speak to me about my upcoming trip.

ETA - called 1-800-USA-RAIL and the agent on the line handled it.

Trains magazine reporting April for restoration of full passenger service.

San Clemente March 15, 2023. On the bluffs above the Pacific Surfliner and Metrolink tracks.
"OOCFA says the landslide made it all the way to the train tracks below, taking it with it part of someone's backyard and patio furniture."

In spite of the landslide, Amtrak today was continuing the restoration of limited weekend service of the Surfliner in the affected area between Oceanside and San Juan Capistrano.
