I was on the train. Also I live in Orlando and can walk to a crossing about a mile away and actually "look" at the train. Since it is pretty hot when 98 passes through Orlando, I do not walk to the crossing that often to look. I last took 98 in July.Where do you "look" to get this information? Just curious.
Sorry to have apparently asked the same question again. But cut me a little slack as I'm pretty much a newbie here. How many threads have we had asking this question? I've lost count...
I will post in one of the V2 threads if I see anything new. I will be on 98 in a few weeks. My old eyes are better at telling the difference in person rather than on video.Sorry to have apparently asked the same question again. But cut me a little slack as I'm pretty much a newbie here.
I'll take a look at the trains on youtube and see if I can determine which is which.
And thanks for the help. It is appreciated!
98 had a service disruption in Winter Park, FL yesterday. However it is still running even though the website says the data is unavailable. So I went to YouTube this morning and viewed the video from the Ashland camera but didn't see train 98. I checked Train Status on the Amtrak website and it says train 98 is unavailable.
What happened to train 98?
Very strange. According to FB, 98 did not hit the trespasser, but the "trespasser" jumped off 98 onto the tracks and was hit by SunRail. Facts are slim on wesh.com Person dead after pedestrian crash near Amtrak tracks in Orange CountyWasn't that a very strange trespasser hit from what I have gathered so far....
