Trying to rent a car through Guest Awards

For the past 6 days I enter all required rental data out of Newark NJ Airport for 6 da u s in June. It won't allow me to book it and keeps saying try again but it does take the $700 plus rental charge and sends it to American Express for a total of 9 times, Las Saturday I spoke with two agents and last one said he would send my complaint to the computer folks.Nothing has been accomplished as of 7 p,m today. Frustrating

In mid April I did successfully book a 6 day rental in Ireland. No problem earning those points.
