First time buying on Amtrak Gust Rewards "Mall", shopping portal. Apparently, privacy settings didn't allow AGR to track my purchase and so no points for 3 orders placed.
I contacted AGR and filed for missing points but to date, not so much as an acknowledgement from AGR.
Anybody else have this experience and what was your success in getting missing points posted to your account?
