Dozens of inventions; including free rent development concepts that allows all disparate people to live in harmony lest they lose free rent — and generates huge profits by the simple concept of charging the two-thirds business within double plus rent to be next to all those with massive spending cash due to free rent = NO PUBIC FUNDS. No cost free rent requires immediate approvals, of course. Franchising concepts to world’s developers means intense development activity and creative competition for the best business tenants = house entire planet in twenty years within zero footprint mini spaceships that grow their own food and energy and process water and waste; such that the planet will be allowed to heal itself over the next thousand years or so.
