Update: looks like they’re starting to update their ticketing system to reflect the new timetables. I’m probably expecting to get another phone call from Amtrak sometime later today or tomorrow, claiming that they want to speak to me about my upcoming trip.
Amtrak has released the schedule!
But Arrow hasn't been updated to reflect this yet.

Looks like this will be the case as, on Thursday, I was rebooked onto 1758/785 (on 2/5) and 774/1774 (2/8) on the phone. Will still be in Business Class thankfully.

Hopefully service can resume sooner than later, I am flying out to San Diego on 2/5 and taking the Surfliner up to ANA that same day.
Such action already passed the house yesterday, and I’m sure it’s due to pass in the Senate.

FYI, given current information and barring unforeseen circumstances, tomorrow’s 52 & 53 will operate.
Tomorrow’s 91 & 97 will resume full service, as will Saturday’s 92 & 98.
