What scheduling changes would you like?
The northbound Crescent (#20) needs to operate at least one hour earlier. The 11:29 pm departure from Atlanta is terrible . And, it is usually later than that. A check with ASMAD shows that #20 departed Atlanta within 30 minutes of schedule only 27% of the time, for the last 30 days. Also, 50 %...- melh

Cardinal (and other trains) Cafe Lounge - or Employee Lounge?
Amtrak advertises under the Cardinal services for sleeper passengers, that there is an exclusive lounge to dine and socialize. This is false advertising, if sleeper passengers are not allowed to sit in the cafe/lounge. Simply, inexcusable !- melh

Autotrain Services Drastically Cut?
Amtrak's August y-t-d report shows the Auto Train fully covering (100%) its operating expenses. The Auto Train is not only Amtrak's best performing LD train ( revenue to cost ratio ), but beats the NEC, and twenty of the state supported services.
