I'm very much a newbie, so this bit about meal selection is very interesting to me. I'm taking Empire Builder from Chicago to Seattle in about two weeks, and when I made the reservation months ago I didn't see anything about meal selection. Am I expected to do this? Is there a webpage I can go...
