Perhaps someone could tell me why my idea is wrong, but I am never sure why they did this route, as I don't know if the eastbound bypass makes sense. I thought the EB bypass should have gone south of the facility from Track 1 (the EB Amtrak tunnel) rising to a viaduct east of the 39th street...
